Ved Agrawal has become the magnet for millions of people in the Digital Learning Industry. People love his way of teaching infused with quite a high motivation and a practical experiment.

He believes that-

“It’s easy to quit, then to keep walking and that differentiate Winners from Loser”.

He always worked towards becoming an entrepreneur and has successfully failed to achieve satisfaction and eventually that business. “Failure cannot predict your future success”, he said in an exclusive interview with Forbes.

He wanted Forbes to convey this message he feels quite dear to his heart -

“Failure neither signals “quit” nor it indicates “an end”, what it conveys is that “it’s high time to pursue your heart”

as he believes that you can eventually find the way out of any problems if you love doing that, if you cannot, it’s not from the core of your heart, ask your heart again.

He shared his life journey from being a student to the platform he is now. There was quite a harsh up and down throughout the journey, which he says is not uncommon and only those who have the sheer determination and ability to follow their heart will walk through it.

He is motivated by the quote of Dick Costolo, CEO, Twitter, and said was the motivating factor behind his attitude “not to quit” throughout his journey-

“Timing, Perseverance, and Ten years of trying Will is all it takes to make you look like an overnight Success”

-Dick Costolo, CEO, Twitter

He said that he is motivated when someone says it’s an overnight success or luck, as he wanted to be called lucky much more in life.

We asked him one question which many of the readers would like to ask reading a success story like this

“Is there any advice to your audiences?”

“How someone can start from scratch and reach this level?”

Or simply, “How did you do this?”.

“Many people would like to wish to begin doing the same thing I did from tomorrow itself. Many would even do that. But to be very frank, all will go in vain.

God forbid if am wrong but people are accustomed to seeing money only on those acts which they seem others are doing to earn. Reading an article, one will try dropshipping, other will try selling courses or like.

I do not say they cannot do this. What I mean is they need to evaluate their inner self and try to find out what they are made for.

One can achieve success in anything as long as they like doing that activity. The process is simple yet takes time (or I should say much time).

Goal Achievement Process

Finding your niche is the first step in achieving success (where I am or many other leaders are). It may be possible that you must have failed before you actually find what you want and it’s not uncommon.

Learning is crucial and most important in the overall achievement cycle. It does take time. I have seen most of my students hustle to begin things they are not ready for. Hustle is good, but learning is more.

Personality development is the other thing I consider a crucial part of the journey. By this, I mean all the traits that one needs to develop and nurture to make themselves presentable. This may differ for different professions. A performer needs to learn acting; writers need to learn writing as well as good vocabulary and like. That is why I said it takes much time to get ready.

Practice and Failure are also an important part of the journey towards achieving your goal, without this, you cannot think of success. Practice makes you boost your confidence and Failure makes sure that if you even fall from the high, you would still be crawl (if not fly, run or walk)

Beginning requires Personality and the lack of which is what everyone calls the most intimidating part of the journey. It will be fun for you, if you have spent enough time nurturing yourself during the personality development stage, you will pass through this so-called intimidation stage easily.

Goal Achievement. I don’t think this requires an explanation but yes, I must tell you that you need to keep going “Achievement Cycle”
